Terrible training, lowest base salary in the market (you won't be able to rent an apartment), inexperienced management who don't have a clue how to manage and are not committed to your success, a Processing Team that sucks (with the exception of a few) and expects the LO's to do everything. Most of them won't even call the client for documents, they ask the LO to do it.. Seriously?
I left a job making $65K salary to go to Longbridge - what a mistake. I was promised to make $60K first year, $80K+ each year after. My first year I made $34K. But if you become one of the favored kids you'll be given all the best leads and trained properly. How is it that in 1 month one LO does 10-15 quotes and others have 30-40? You would think that management would want to delve into that and figure out how to get everyone up to speed. That's what sharp, astute, non-lazy managers do.
It was same ole same...favorites and brown-nosing. Oh yeah, very little diversity among LO's...hmmmm.
