I had started here as a trainee, and now I am a full-time employee here. The learning support that I receive every day in the company is highly appreciable. The management shows a sincere interest in employee’s problems. I have always received professional and positive team environment. There is nothing to mention

The subject matter is extremely interesting for anyone who likes working with digital industry solutions and software like CAD, CAE, CAM, PLM, PDM, etc. BUt on top of that, LTS does a lot of its own in-house development, which gives you the excitement of a startup in addition to the stability of a Siemens Digital Industries partner (which LTS also is)

It's not really a con, but the team is filled with very smart people who work hard. That said, work remains very reasonably confined to the typical workday. But during that workday, you are among very capable, driven people who put in strong efforts.
