I do everything a lead teller is supposed to, my job title is CMS Teller not LEAD CMS Teller so no raise -The pay isn't enough for the stress you deal with. Counting money is easy, but expect heavy workloads, starting late and ending late if the previous shift finishes their work late(yes you're still expected to finish yours and only certain accounts can be leftover), will be written up for missing days due to family emergency or sickness, lack of maintenance on the machines stalls work, and don't EXPECT anyone to help with your account on its heavy days especially when it's close to the end of the day and the lead gives permission for those that finish to leave, or someone will just rush you instead of helping.
