When I first met upper management, I knew LoopUp was a place I could gain relevant SaaS experience and grow my career. I often tell people that LoopUp is managed in a way that you read about in business books, but never actually see in real life. Our offices have start-up vibes (music, cool offices, happy hours, etc), but we are given the business resources of an enterprise company. It's clear that management has our best interest in mind and will do what they can to help us be better salespeople. LoopUp puts a lot of time and energy into training new employees. The learning process can be a lot to download if you don't have any experience in SaaS or telecommunications, but management will give you the resources and guidance to learn it quickly. There is a specific sales process that we are asked to follow consisting of cold calls, emails, and creative/strategic prospecting. It can be hard work at times and LoopUp expects a lot out of us, but as with any sales job, you are expected to perform. The difference with LoopUp, is they give us every opportunity to succeed in sales. If we are not performing at the level we would like, they will help identify where we can improve our process and give us ample time to execute. Performance = Promotions. If you do as you are asked, hit your quota, and are consistent, you will get promoted. They are very fair in this process and you will move up quickly if you work hard. Credit is often given where credit is due and there are systems in place to make sure nobody goes unnoticed. There are a lot more positives that could be said about this company but overall is that it is gooed honest work, we have a lot of fun and we are taken care of.

There are some locations in the US that do not have a director on-site and all of our c-suite is either in London or San Fransisco, so you can miss out on the benefits of learning from them directly. However, we do have frequent reviews and they are always willing to hop on a call and talk through things. Not to mention they are frequently traveling to the different office locations to check-in.
