It is great to see that you value our remote-first environment, as well as our PTO policies and benefits. And more importantly, it is great to see how much you value the intelligence and ambition of your fellow Loopers!
I acknowledge that there have been many changes in the organization this year. We have had to make some very tough decisions that have impacted Loopers across the organization. Our market has changed dramatically over the last two years, with a turbulent economy and unprecedented technological disruption — and we've had to adapt accordingly. All of our decisions (e.g. reductions, reallocation) were made to set us up for long term success, and adapt to the changing needs of our market.
That being said, in hindsight, there are things we could have done differently over the last two years, and I take full responsibility for all strategic decisions we have made as a business. We are continuing to learn and grow, and feedback from all Loopers is a big part of that. I am very proud of how far we've come as an organization, and the resilience that Loopers have shown.
As we march forward, building trust and capacity is top of mind, which is why we've invested in two new leaders on the Executive team (CRO & CPO), as well as other leaders across the organization. We are also investing in developing new leadership frameworks to better align the experience of all Loopers.
Please continue to share your feedback. We have many opportunities for this internally (e.g. AMAs, Pulse Surveys, Engagement Surveys, 1:1s) and I hope that you will continue to share your experience through these channels, or directly with myself, your manager or your dedicated People Partner.
