- Remote with no chance of being forced into office - Some amazing, intelligent, highly motivated coworkers - Exceptional work life balance - Fair salary - Vacation and sick days are pooled together and can be used easily and as needed

- C suite has not once acknowledged their role in Loopio's struggles - Spent an exorbitant amount of money on an acquisition that left the company severely financially strained - 2 layoffs within 6 months. One round of layoffs made to allocate money to India. Meanwhile the leadership continues to claim that they're a "people first" company while making business first moves - Many privileges removed or reduced. For example, "mastery budget" slashed in half, 3/5 company long weekends removed, office has been permanently shuttered - 2.25% flat raises across the board (aka the whole company took a pay cut for 2024 since this doesn't meet nation-wide inflation). No variation for individual performance. Also promotions are frozen for the next quarter - All of the senior leadership on the HR/People team have departed - Many departures so far in 2024 from every department putting a strain on customer support and engineering departments - Leadership is willing to derail company roadmaps just to chase a single whale. No ability to retrospect or assess if a customer is actually right for the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. It is great to see that you value our remote-first environment, as well as our PTO policies and benefits. And more importantly, it is great to see how much you value the intelligence and ambition of your fellow Loopers! I acknowledge that there have been many changes in the organization this year. We have had to make some very tough decisions that have impacted Loopers across the organization. Our market has changed dramatically over the last two years, with a turbulent economy and unprecedented technological disruption — and we've had to adapt accordingly. All of our decisions (e.g. reductions, reallocation) were made to set us up for long term success, and adapt to the changing needs of our market. That being said, in hindsight, there are things we could have done differently over the last two years, and I take full responsibility for all strategic decisions we have made as a business. We are continuing to learn and grow, and feedback from all Loopers is a big part of that. I am very proud of how far we've come as an organization, and the resilience that Loopers have shown. As we march forward, building trust and capacity is top of mind, which is why we've invested in two new leaders on the Executive team (CRO & CPO), as well as other leaders across the organization. We are also investing in developing new leadership frameworks to better align the experience of all Loopers. Please continue to share your feedback. We have many opportunities for this internally (e.g. AMAs, Pulse Surveys, Engagement Surveys, 1:1s) and I hope that you will continue to share your experience through these channels, or directly with myself, your manager or your dedicated People Partner. Work is interesting and challenging. Co-workers are talented and supportive. There is pressure from leadership to deliver on deadlines, but nothing unusual. Fully remote is a big plus.

Svantaggi

The workload is heavy and can be overwhelming.

Another layoff. The C suite is struggling and is reacting without understanding the real problems. The Chief Product Officer is not able to produce a clear and successful product vision. A lot of hard work, but no results and the company is doomed.
