I appreciate the time you took to share your feedback. Firstly, we take your feedback regarding burnout very seriously. This is why it is important that we continue to provide comprehensive health benefits starting on day 1 of employment (including mental health benefits) and 6 weeks of PTO to allow Loopers the time and opportunity to recharge and take care of themselves. If this is something that is affecting your personally, I encourage you to connect with your People Partner or Manager for additional support if needed. I am sorry to hear that you feel like our leadership is not aligned. We have hired a CPO and CRO this year to drive a lot more cross functional alignment across our teams. We have also placed a lot of focus on aligning our initiatives and investments around core business objectives, and I am proud of the cross functional alignment we have driven through this work. I acknowledge we have gone through a lot of change with the shift in our market, and I know that has not been easy on Loopers. I will continue to do my best to keep leadership and the wider organization aligned. As per your feedback, we will continue to lean in to our feedback mechanisms (e.g. Engagement/Pulse surveys, AMAs) to listen to our team, and make the necessary changes.
