There’s a consistent pattern here of issues being raised by employees and nothing ever being done to address them. It’s frustrating and disheartening to see the same problems — lack of accountability, poor communication, and a serious disconnect at the top — continually swept under the rug. The reality is, the CEO seems completely uninterested in addressing the root causes. Leadership at the highest level feels more like a performance than a strategy — all talk, no real action, and certainly no concern for the people doing the actual work. Morale and culture suffer as a result. The only leader who seems to truly understand the importance of culture and care about the people is the CRO.
