8moThank you for your candid feedback. We’re deeply concerned by the issues you've raised around burnout, psychological safety, and how work is structured within the Product team. These are not the experiences we want for anyone. We have built a comprehensive benefits plan to ensure Loopers have robust coverage such as day 1 access to our mental health benefits, flexible PTO, and remote-first policy in place to support work-life balance. Within the Product team, our CPO is working to make our product direction and performance expectations clearer, and is helping leaders better support their teams through change.
