Expect to work 40 days extra per year as compared to other compaines. - Inability to retain talented people. - Partial bias and groupism - Not a good place for skilled proffesionals Recommendation: 1. Do not join this company. 2. No leaves, you have to work long hours without benefits. 3. You really dying to join, Bargain for salary not less then 200% of your current salary, bcos with no leaves you will go thrugh salary cuts and no increaments in future.
