If you work hard, show up for work and ready to go, managers will respect you. Care giving is a special job and not everyone has the right mindset to give 100%, be patient with the residents and pull their weight on the team. If you do your job thoroughly with a smile, you will like it. Management is trying to get better but sometimes it doesn't work.
