Please take this review seriously. I would highly discourage anyone from joining this organization. I am a very positive, go with the flow type of person and have been incredibly successful in my career up to and until the point I joined this company. It is the worst career move I have ever made. I thought it would be fun to make an impact at a small organization and watch it grow. I was told they had 9% penetration in the market with a 97% retention rate nationwide, which made the decision to come on board a no brainer. However, upon joining I found that the 97% retention rate was actually just a goal and the 9% was the highest they have ever achieved. They say they operate as a start up, but it is truly just highly dysfunctional. The very first day I walked into the office I could tell something was off and uncomfortable. I felt like I was walking on eggshells and no one was welcoming, except for the receptionist, who was released for no reason without warning as well. The people at the corporate office are good people, but many of them are early in their careers and just don’t know that the way this company operates and treats their employees is just flat out wrong. They lay off large amounts of people at any given moment, which is apparently just how they operate. I was not a poor performer either. No one is safe here and it doesn’t matter if you are successful or not. Even the person who left the positive review on Oct 23rd was laid off. In addition, I was promised a significantly higher income than the OTE they offered me during the interview process. If you are interviewing and are choosing not to believe these reviews, ask for a copy of and fully understand the pay plan prior to accepting any position. In addition, ask to see the stack ranking report, find out how many people are achieving the max payout and request to speak to a couple of them. They could care less about any of their employees and mess with people’s livelihoods. In addition, benefits are incredibly expensive and no 401K match.
