Lack of SOPs so most things were customized processes.

Since I have started working at AutoLotto it has been a privilege to learn from the smartest most devoted group of friends that can easily be called family I have ever encountered. They are mostly from CA but I am from the East Coast, and the alignment of a vision we all have for the company is greater than any other company on the face of the earth. The atmosphere is vibrant and dedicated. Everyone is very driven to work hard and together as a team. I feel as though my family never has to worry about a thing as far as health care and family needs because they hold the family first value as one of the highest. Its fun to go into work everyday and makes for a job that you never want to leave.

With a startup there are many challenges especially building new processes and developing a change for the future generations. But, the team that has been built is so incredibly adapt to overcoming change and fighting off frustration the cons never seem to be cons, but yet educational experiences.
