They did not pay a bonus to everyone even though they misled us to believe that is why they were paying below the industry rate and the main reason to work here. - They demand long hours and promise they will make it up with the bonus that was never intended to come. - Employee health benefits are less than acceptable. - No 401k - No direction from leadership
