LPA supports and uses many new technologies to serve the client. The company supports employees in seeking the proper work-family balance. The work has many good challenges to help staff grow skills.

The company is too closely tied to one big client and has most business in one sector. LPA advocates open communication but struggles to provide it. The company does not appear to have a strategy for the future. Project management teams lack consistency and continuity.

Co-workers can be very knowledgeable. Selected technical learning opportunities.

Honesty is not a core value judging by the actions of current executives.
