- COO asked me to dress down/less professional when the Company Founder was visiting, because he packed jeans and one blazer - COO changed/demoted my title two weeks after "orientation" - 90 day probation for benefit elections - Working in the office was mandatory for my role, lax COVID-guideline following - No real training or structure, I was on my own and using my own laptop for the first few weeks - Time difference between US team and AUS team meant a lot could not get done until next day, corporate refused to let US marketing team run it's own independent efforts - All US strategy dictated by people not in the US, so it seems mostly pointless or directionless - All customers had the same complaints about pricing and features, but corporate continued to hammer them with European strategy
