The startup environment has been key to making me stay this long; it pushes you every day to change and improve. One of the positive aspects is that there aren't many rules stopping you from making an impact. If you believe you have the answer or a suitable solution to a problem, you are listened to, and you have the green light to try it.
I truly believe in the success and vision of the product; it has all the ingredients to succeed: the right and scalable product, a huge market need, and plenty of room for innovation.

The startup environment comes with some downsides; it is not for everybody, especially for those happy in a comfort zone. Dealing with work colleagues who were not adapting fast enough to your and the company's rhythm was a little bit difficult.
I agree that sometimes the speed of the company can be overwhelming; it requires you to be fully awake and ready to adapt. This is exhausting, but on the other side, it is what forces you to learn fast and keep improving your CV. This downside makes me a better professional but is not always easy.
