The bonus was nice when you were able to meet the outlandish metrics.

Insane metrics, 200 calls, 200 texts, 60 indeed/Linkedin messages 1 start and 1 close per week. They want you to call and harass people in their database weekly to meet these metrics and notate on every call that you called. The metric of closes/hires is sometimes impossible to meet due to the lack of positions available to fill. The composition that they are offering professionals is ludacris and most likely not enough to even pay any student loans they may have. Then the recruiter gets blamed for retention issues

Our required 1 on 1's and progress meetings are imposed to provide an open channel of communication with your management on any challenges or issues you may be facing.
