There is a need to apply and learn tasks outside of core job description to help the growth and startup atmosphere.

- The biggest PRO is salary, best in industry. - Flexible timing and Work from home. The company has recently introduce flexi timing, a much needed improvement over their 9 hours strict policy! - Like any other start up, you get to know everybody from top to bottom. This is always an advantage over bigger companies. - They provide snacks like soups, munchies and fruits to employees. - HR manager is a learned, decent lady, a big improvement over the previous one. The other junior HRs must learn people management skills from her. - Product based company. - 30 annual leaves is a big pro.

- Extreme politics at all levels. No transparency left. This kind of culture opens ways for negative traits like back biting, dishonesty, individual over team etc. - Massive layoffs, very poor firing policy. They fire people at will, giving reasons of performance. They have a PIP policy which is used only in a few cases. Zero job security. - This start up is still experimenting and trying to establish better. Organization structure thus keep changing very frequently. Employees suffer when their reporting managers change every few months. - Company's future seems uncertain. - Fixed technologies and domain. After a while learning slows down.
