      My coworkers and managers were some of the best people I’ve ever worked with and regularly keep in touch with. Lucid has a very good reputation in the Utah tech community, and having that on my resume has proved beneficial several times.

      Pay didn’t seem to scale with seniority as well as I would have liked, changing jobs meant a significant raise, and I wish it hadn’t been that way.

      We're glad to hear you enjoyed your time at Lucid. We love hearing that you created great relationships that last beyond the job while you were here. We recently completed a compensation benchmarking study to make sure our pay is competitive based on job duties, experience and performance. This study will allow us to make informed, competitive and equitable decisions that we believe will be beneficial to our employees moving forward. -Kat

      - Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

      - Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
