Though everyone is really bright, they are also a fun and collaborative group. The products are also top-notch and the company is intent on pushing the boundaries, so there's no shying away from tough technical or business challenges.

The company is growing fast and there still aren't a lot of processes in place. This makes it easy for employees to innovate and to take ownership, but it does not fit everyone's personality.
