The product sells itself! I am able to collect monthly true-ups and self-serve orders while working on more important things. Love the culture of teamwork over ego! Great benefits and people. Being in SLC is a bonus too. The housing market is HOT and we have great skiiing! The customer success team is amazing in getting ahead of any churn risk and we are very flexible with custom pricing and terms. No pressure to increase rates or grow the account. The suite offering is key in competing with Miro and Mural and being the most affordable solution is an easy sell to procurement.

Hard to think of any cons. Maybe having less internal calls and events.

- Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
