The leaders here are amazing – they're supportive, inspiring, and really care about the well-being of the employees here. I've grown so much since I started working here, thanks to having caring leaders who have been thoughtful and communicative about how to grow my career. The culture is amazing. I can truly say that people are always willing to help and the employees live Lucid's values. They also really value work-life balance, with flexible hours and remote work options that make it easy to manage everything.

As with many other companies, having certain perks and benefits scaled back has been challenging. That said, I really appreciate how thoughtful leadership has been with how they've approached everything.
