Lucid used to be THE PLACE to go to for AEs. New Logo team was thriving in 2020 and 2021 until we hired on a new CFO from salesforce and it all went downhill from there. Changed up everyones territories and they started letting a lot of our top reps go for the dumbest stuff even reps who pushed back a little on certain processes! Top reps are leaving still and its sad to see. Micromanaging to the fullest and leadership have their favorites. Toxic culture and it seems like only people who get special treatment are members of the LDS church or even the "OGz" despite them missing quota. GTM strategy is non existent.

- Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
