Slow career growth not much of hike

the work environment is challenging

Only 12 leaves an year, everything included that too it starts from the time you have completed 4 months in the company. So basically for the first four months if you fall sick you loose money.The salary is not competetive and is definitely not in coordination with the amount of work. The official timings are 9 to 6 but you will mostly have to stay here till 8:30 pm. The Work life balance is terrible and the HR doesnt care about their employees. There is absolutely zero hierarchy and absolutely zero professionalism in this office.
