In LUFTER, the increment is based on company financial performance, and employee's performance. The increment proposal are reviewed by 3 parties- your direct supervisor, Human Resource representative and Managing Director. A calibration process will follow. Therefore your allegation has no basis and it is not a fact. However, it is still regrettable to us that you felt that way.
