Everything else Work targets are unrealistic Micromanagement I don't know how some people are managers as they lack the skills They will keep looking till the smallest detail to find something wrong with your work rate If you want time off you've to fight tooth and nail to get it UK market is understaffed yet if you ask why they wont hire more people its because "there ae other markets covering us" but when you want time off its "we're too understaffed" Wages, for the amount of work and grief we go through we still only get just over minimum wage
