Where to start, this company is full of lies and deceptions. From the product, to the people, to the work. During interviews they will lie to you about the state of things, which are a complete mess from a technical point of view, and about how things are running, which is tons a toil. But they will make promesses they can't hold so you sign. Once in, you will discover that management is full of sharks that only care about themselves, forget career path or opportunity, no matter how good you perform, management will reduce it to nothing. My manager even openly spread lies about me, just to profit of my work and get promoted. Disgusting toxic environment. Add to that leadership that enjoys bloating about the last fund raise, when all of engineering knows how the ship has holes in it. Every issues that you will try to raise will be used against you. The whole culture is to smile and shut your mouth. Because there is no problems when no ones talk about them.

As a recent hire, my perspective is limited on experience and weighted towards what I know and what I hear from the team. The company overall has great energy and ambition to grow and evolve through the platform and brand. The employee base is smart, humble and engaging; people who care about their work, good collaboration and helping end customers.

Process between teams to work better together and general communication kinks are present but are being revamped as part of a company-wide focus for 2025. Would love to see more resourcing on new priorities that take additional investment of either time or money.

Great pay, real opportunity to hit goals, fun coworkers, multi-cultural and multi-lingual organization, plenty of growth in the employee experience space, leads often come from marketing, executive team has a long term vision in the product, sales is always recognized, remote work with a local office in Austin!

Product, marketing and sales lack alignment at times. Internal growth can be limited without a standard process for growth.
