      Good incentives. They would have free food served in the break room on holidays, such as Thanksgiving.

      Motivation to do well at our jobs was applied in a negative way, with the constant fear of losing our jobs. There is a high turn-over rate at this company.

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
