      CenturyLink provides a good environment to work and gives many facilities. Along with a working environment, it gives you other benefits such as medical insurance, cab services and recreation.

      Svantaggi

      It is a big organization and u cannot really improve yourself technically. Their stock price is not really strong at the current moment.

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
