      Its a US product based MNC. You will find many people working here for 15-20 yrs. Work timing is flexible but it depends on the project you are in.

      Svantaggi

      Work load and pressure depends on which team you are working. Hike is not the best you can expect. If you work from a Clean room project you need to keep your phones outside. Cafeteria and Infrastructure is not that good.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
