They constantly are looking for the next new thing in the market, but are not an attractor of talent. Look to the failure of the Coherent acquisition to better understand the need to purchase for new products rather than create a new line of business or improve what they have. Low pay, no promotions. No incentives for new hires of all ages, but plenty for interns. Old boy network, evidenced by joking on all hands. No idea how to work with the global locations.
