Honestly nothing I can recall, my overall experience was bad.

- No boundaries from manager, I was always expected to pick up random calls no matter how late in the day - No work life balance, goes with the above statement but meetings were scheduled as late as 8 pm. I was burned out and felt like I was in a prison cell - No room for growth, in my time there, manager never discussed promotions or how to help me grow in my role. Career discussions were never a thing - No training, you just get thrown into the job & daily/monthly activities with very little guidance. I did learn a lot because I had no choice but it was stressful - No recognition. Despite all the responsibilities of a very junior FA, I know I did great but never heard any positive feedback from upper management Overall, morale was the worst during my time there. Couldn’t be happier to have left
