Extremely dynamic environment - Very unstable development activities, always keeps changing. 4. Only process oriented - Teams in Bangalore office are only there to support with automotive processes for audits. 5. Incompetence - Luminar is filled with incompetent dummies with pathetic attitude, who neither understands things nor interested help.
