You stand outside and ask people for donations to charities, in “ 2weeks” you are promoted to then gather people to work under you and this cycle continues. Definitely a pyramid scheme. Compensation is given to you in a full amount you COULD make each week. Given you hit near the middle of the goal you make about $15 an hour, given you do the bare minimum, you get minimum wage. This company works along side many others in the same building who do the same thing. Not the type of job I want. Very very good at hiding this and making the company seem different than it is. Create this idea and YOU are special and they choose YOU for the position. Mentioned they had large contracts with Fortune 500 companies yet that was never elaborated on what they do for those companies, just what they do for non profit ex. Stand outside asking people
For donations. They do a great job at selling the job to you but sit and think about what is happening. You are compensated on how many donations you get, the donations are in the form of a monthly subscription. So you get 1 person to sign up to pay $25-$40 a month to a charity you are representing. When I asked what happens if someone signs up then cancels the subscription, the question was diverted, I asked again, and the question was again diverted. Wouldn’t suggest wasting your time.
