Culture at corporate office is very good. Work life balance. Peace of Mind. On time salary. Good HR policies.

Culture at Baddi Plant (Few departments) is worst in industry. They make their own policies inside the department which don't exist at company level. Total LALA SARKARI BABU culture is there. Technical departments are still working in 1947 era.
