Vantaggi
I've been working at the company for 2 years and have met wonderful people! In one office, there are colleagues from all over the world — that's just awesome! Good work-life balance (flexible schedule, remote work options), and a solid benefits package (health insurance, corporate training and development). The team is fantastic! Colleagues are supportive, open, and always ready to help. The atmosphere is motivating, and there are corporate events that really bring the team together. The environment encourages constant learning — through corporate training, internal knowledge sharing, and real-world application on impactful projects. I've grown not just in technical expertise but also in strategic thinking: understanding audience behavior, platform algorithms, timing, and how creative decisions drive real results. Most importantly, this role has taught me resilience, ownership, and the joy. I'm deeply grateful for the experience and knowledge I've gained here — it's shaped me into a much stronger professional. It's been genuine career acceleration. When I joined, I had very limited knowledge of the digital assets industry — I was essentially starting from scratch. Now, two years later, damn it, offers are pouring in from all sides: invitations to create content for major projects, direct films, documentaries, collaborations with big names, whooah! It's gotten to the point where it's honestly hard to choose just one path. Thank you so much, Luna PR team — you've turned me into a creator people actively seek out. I'm deeply grateful for the experience and knowledge I've gained here!
Svantaggi
No major cons — everything is continuously improving. I'm not the type to complain — overall, I've had a very positive experience here over the past 2 years. These are more suggestions than real drawbacks: Workload can occasionally be intense, especially around major events, large-scale shoots, or tight project deadlines. For someone coming from a more structured environment, this pace might feel challenging at first. That being said, compared to many other creative industries I've seen, these intense periods here are purposeful, well-supported by the team, and always lead to outstanding results. I personally accept it all with gratitude — it pushes growth and keeps the work exciting.
