Svantaggi
The most poorly run place I had ever worked at. Too many reasons to list, but a few worth mentioning. First of all, there are three owners that run the place which presents a lot of problems. The two male owners seem to be locked in a constant battle for control each claiming he is in charge. They spend too much time trying to one up each other and put each other down to the employees instead of running the company in a cohesive and efficient way. Every decision is made on impulse in that company. Most desicions don't make any sense and things change all the time. You are told to do one thing and then told to do something completely different half an hour later, as the management seems to have no clue about what they are doing and just change their minds on a whim. It proves to be a very effective strategy for shifting the blame later on when something doesn't work out. Different supervisors constantly tell you different things, and there's general confusion of who you are supposed to listen to and why. Due to all that things move at snail pace as it's hard to get anything done in such disorganized environment. The CEO doesn't speak English and seems to only favor employees that speak his language. They routinely talk in their language at the office with total disregard of how rude it is and how uncomfortable it may be for all the others that don't understand. The CEO is a heartless micromanaging ego maniac. He surrounds himself with people who seem to appease his every wish. And for such a small place he does seem to have way too many assistants, who happen to be all young attractive and female. In general the place is a revolving door. New hires should expect to be let go before their probation period is over, unless they kiss up to the management and get in their favor. Because that place is all about the management's personal likes rather than what you bring to the table.
