This job is the epitome of a toxic work environment. Turnover rate is horrible. The people in charge are some of THE WORST managers I’ve experienced in my 20 years working. You get paid horribly and treated horribly. This program is in fact not doing any good for the community. It’s just an over-puffed halfway house. There is no real treatment, accountability, respect, empathy, communication, balance, opportunity, or mental wellness. There is plenty of retaliation, favoritism, laziness, misrepresentation, abuse, malice, double standards, entitlement, micro aggression, and casual racism.
