Working in Lush just left one conclusion. It's a employer that doesn't care for the well-being of its employees in terms of WHS, payment rate, opportunities of development, retention of employees, acknowledging the loss of the knowledge and experience from the employees leaving, which leads to lost the expertise on compounding or on understanding the processes and risk of Lush products as instructed from head Quarters (UK). Senior management (senior level) is not well prepared to guide, listen, understand the production/business (mostly when they don't understand/experienced this kind of business as Lush) and don't take into account the experience from its employees, taking decisions that just damage the organisational culture, the well being (physical and mental) of the employees and honestly destroy the brand reputation.
