The communication between the management and the team is not clear, they tell you that you can just be yourself, feel free to ask or tell your opinion on things, but later it can be used against you You have to arrive min. 5 minutes earlier than your shift starts, and they don’t care about if you could start the shift on time besides this, they will count it as being late They tell you reviews about your work and what you should work on, but they are not open enough to see the change, and stick to the image that they have formed in their head about you They will not let you to chat on the shopfloor, even when there is literally no customers in the shop, however the supervisiors do it all the time Before the festive season they hire a lot of people on probation, and no matter how hard they worked they fire them after the season ends without taking any responsibility for their action and try to make it as it was the employees fault The work life ballance is not fair, if you work in full time you have to be available from Monday 9 am to Sunday until the closing time basically any time, you can’t have any fix programme besides your job like sports or any other extracullicular activities

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Svantaggi

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
