Vantaggi
I've sincerely enjoyed my time at Luum so far. My biggest pros are the people I work with, the transparent leadership style, the flexibility, the benefits, and the purpose (incentivizing less single-occupancy commuters/solving commuting issues for our clients). My colleagues are talented and supportive, my team is a great cohort, all working individually but available to help. My manager is personable, a great listener, and talented at facilitating a good team environment. She is skilled at knowing when she needs to escalate something, or give me the tools to solve it myself. She also understands that life happens and is supportive of when I need to step away from work for appointments or personal reasons. I really appreciate her trust in me. Personally, I think the benefits are good. They are currently being overhauled by Health Equity's, so if you apply make sure you are familiar with those benefits.
Svantaggi
The biggest con I've experienced is turnover. With the acquisition by Health Equity and resulting changes, many people have decided to leave. To me, this is understandable; there is a lot of change going on at Luum with the acquisition. However, it's sad to have some amazing teammates leave. Two positives out of this has been lots of availability for upward mobility, and the recent onboarding of talented people. To me, change is not necessarily a con, but there has been quite a lot of it.
