Changed company - Recensione dipendente - Customer Success Manager presso Luware

After over two years at Luware, I'm still as happy as the day I received the job offer. Mid management and upper management show their appreciation of staff very well and I've never felt unsupported. Not only is it best working environment I've been a part of and a place I can truly see career potential and growth, the product is also extremely impressive. Been in sales a long time and it's life changing to now sell a product I believe in, for a company that really values my input. Luware also do a great job with new hires, all the staff here are very friendly, helpful and easy to get along with.

Even after over two years here, I still can't pick out any major concerns.

It used to be a nice place to work a year ago

Unprofessional and irresponsible managment surrounded themselves with unprofessionals who are leads the company to disaster, did not make anything useful and punishes and fires people "below" (Yes, there is no any inverted power pyramid here, as well as scrum)
