      Non trovo cose da aggiungere

      Svantaggi

      Investimenti scarsissimi in hardware e software. Più volte -invano- abbiamo fatto richiesta di licenze (Visual Studio et al.) ma ci sono state negate; alla lunga, questo ha causato una scarsa qualità del codice e lamentele da parte dei clienti. Aumenti: inesistenti. Promesse di miglioramento lavorativo("se vuoi, possiamo spostarti nel progetto XYZ") mai mantenute.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
