      The relaxed atmosphere, flexible working hours, certifications that are sponsored by the company in certain terms. Fair evaluations each year, usually followed by some salary growth.

      Somewhat boring after some time, there are a lot of projects available, but in the recent years some sort of chaos reigns in the new projects: everybody is new in the company, nobody know how and what is supposed to actually work. Wages are somewhat below market expectations.

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
