Issues with Kansas City area - Recensione dipendente - Driver presso Lyft

Hello I do not recommend driving in the Kansas City/Overland Park KS there is no money to be made. Right now in the KC area I average around 10/hr and that does not include paying for gas every day. I am going to list the issues with this job below: 1. Lyft goes off a que system not a radius based system which means once your done with one ride you could receive a request 20-30 mins on the other side of town when someone down the street is also waiting for a ride. 2. Radius issues in Kansas City the normal length of a drive to customer is over 19 mins 3. Drivers do not know any information about the ride other than customers name and pickup location. Meaning drivers dont know if they are driving 19 miles to pick someone going less than 5 miles. Which would pay out less than 3.00 4. Min and Max in the system under the scorecard says min for a ride is 3.00 and max is 300.00 but half my rides cash out at 2.66 not 3.00 5. No safety for drivers in bad weather since they use a que system not a radius based program you will never know if Lyft is sending you into an area where you could get stuck. 6. Lyft offers a schedule pick up option to help both drivers and riders but half of those appointments that I show up to riders are not there or have cancelled. 7. At the end of the day Lyft makes it hard to manage your time and money which as a contract driver that has to pay taxes to the government not to Lyft is very frustrating.
