None- other than the commute being rough.

The Fort Myers office had a very good training program. I learned a lot there and the culture is that of a family atmosphere.

The compensation structure is designed to phase new producers out so that the agency and remaining "Senior Producers" can gobble up the remains. It is not a long term opportubjty unless you are okay with being second in line and making 50,000 - 200,000 in your first 5 years... No ownership or control of the business. Substandard service staff.
