- Most of the team (that are not Senior Management) are lovely and just trying to survive each work day. - Perks of free refreshments, snacks and supplements (though, they become meaningless when everything else is so stressful).

In a nutshell, it is the worst place I have ever worked. All ex-employees feel relief knowing that they do not have to return to that office. - Senior Management Team (SMT, includes the Founders) may have a decent IQ between them, but have zero EQ and a deep sense of superiority. - Their goal is to make profit then move on. As such, they do not care about or invest in their employees. They only care about what things look like. - There is a negative company culture because employees cannot trust a SMT that fire people without any due process (the turn over is insane) OR that change their minds constantly and then blame the employee that has to play last-minute catch-up OR that have control issues so they micromanage tasks and dilute autonomy. - There are minimal HR or People Management processes. No onboarding, no training, no regular reviews, no documentation and very minimal 1:1s. - Members of the SMT will lie to save their egos. They remind me of a high school clique (which is sad at their age). FYI, the two 5* reviews are fake, an employee was asked to write them.

Working at LYMA was a challenging experience due to a lack of clear direction and consistent leadership. The overall environment felt disorganised, with priorities frequently shifting and little strategic alignment from senior management. There is also a notably high level of staff turnover, with employees regularly joining and leaving within short periods. This made it difficult to build continuity within teams or maintain momentum on projects. A significant issue sits within the e-commerce function. Leadership in this area was consistently dismissive, uncommunicative, and lacking in support. Direction was unclear or absent, and feedback was minimal, leaving team members to operate without proper guidance. Multiple people left the team during this period, which had a clear negative impact on morale and performance.
