All current employees know, as we share internally, that our financial year of 20/21 was the best performance ever, and it was visible to employees during Feb 2021 as well. when your note was written. This continues into FY 21/22.. These are facts. To your other points of respect, as our employee base are from 20+ nationalities from Asia, Europe, US, we can only ever achieve results if our core values focus on respect, diversity and difference of opinion combined with open door policy.
