This company is leading the way in designing and manufacturing high tech displays for the retail industry. Lynx has some very talented people that strive to exceed Customers expectations. From working with fortune 500 brands, to travelling the globe, working at Lynx is exciting and fast paced. One point of difference is their ability to develop electronics solutions (at an amazingly fast rate) specifically tailored to meet the clients requirements. From mechanical design, electronics hardware and software, to final assembly, it’s all done in-house. It’s exciting to watch the process from development to deployment in a relatively short space of time.

Working at Lynx is very fast paced which does come with its challenges. If you are looking for a job to just cruise, then look somewhere else.

No raises. - No performance reviews. - No clear expectations communicated to the employee - Company does not value their employees or makes any attempt at proper training. - Lots of favoritism and politics. - Policies and procedures change daily and leaves employees confused.
