Lyon is a top tier company to work for! They truly care about and take care of their employees. Management and staff are great and do well at handling issues. All the agents have positive feedback working on behalf of Lyon as their broker, experienced agents rarely want to leave. They offer excellent benefits. Company culture is really positive, upbeat, and fun. They have updated technology and resources for staff and agents. Every staff member from HR to the IT employees are cool people. Not to mention Lyon is the best Real Estate company in the greater Sacramento area, I was really proud to be a Lyon employee.

They simply didn't have a position that I could move forward into based on what I desired in a career.

Lyon is a very close-knit company where everyone knows each other by their first name. The staff is super friendly and the agents truly appreciate the help and tools that we have. Lyon is great company to work for if you enjoy a family-like work environment.

Marketing Coordinators are expected to drive to the different offices they cover throughout the week. The drive is rough when there is no discussion about changing of offices if one locations fits another Marketing Coordinator better. There's very little growth in the Marketing position and it's hard to level up in your career.
